As a guest: nothing leaves your device. All data you enter — name, gender, birth date, time and place, your partner's birth date, evening check-ins, and notification preferences — is stored only on your device.
When you sign in (with email, Apple, Google, or Facebook) to sync across devices, we store your account identifier and a copy of the same profile data (name, birth details, partner's birth date, check-ins, settings) in our secure backend (Supabase) so you can access it on any device where you log in. We do not sell this data, show ads, or use it for anything beyond running the app for you. Sign-in providers share only a basic identifier and, where you allow it, your name and email.
None. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no trackers, and no ads.
As a guest, deleting the app or using "Reset profile" removes your local data — we keep no copies.
If you have an account, you can delete it from inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account (step-by-step guide). This erases your account, your sign-in identities, and all synced data (birth profile, check-in history, partner, streaks) from our servers and from the device. It is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no grace period and we keep no backup copy. You can also write to support@birthbit.app if you would rather we do it for you.
Deleting your account does not cancel a PRO subscription: those are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in the App Store or Google Play before deleting.
Birthbit is an entertainment app. The stars incline, you decide: forecasts and interpretations are hints drawn from cultural traditions, not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
