By creating an account or using Birthbit (the "App"), you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is not directed at children, and PRO is an auto-renewing subscription — a contract you must be legally able to enter.
The App provides biorhythms, personal forecasts, compatibility readings, natal charts, lunar calendars, and other interpretations drawn from cultural and historical traditions. All content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It consists of recommendations and observations — not instructions, directives, or professional advice of any kind.
The App's content is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice, and must never replace consultation with a qualified professional. Do not make health, money, career, travel, or relationship decisions based solely on the App.
You alone are responsible for your actions and decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Birthbit accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content — including decisions made or not made, actions taken or postponed, on the basis of forecasts, compatibility scores, calendars, or any other feature. The stars incline; you decide.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own, for personal non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or its content database.
You can use the App as a guest, in which case your birth data, check-ins, and settings never leave your device. If you create an account (with email, Apple, or Google), that same data is also stored on our servers so it can sync to your other devices; see the Privacy Policy for details.
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Deleting your account does not cancel a PRO subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — calculations are only as good as the birth date and time provided.
PRO features are provided via auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged through your App Store / Google Play account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Profile resets beyond the free limit are one-time purchases.
You agree not to use the App to harass others (including sharing compatibility results to demean a person), not to misrepresent the App's content as professional advice to third parties, and not to attempt to disrupt the App's operation.
We may update the App, its content, and this Agreement; material changes will require renewed acceptance in the App. We may terminate the license if you breach this Agreement. You may stop using the App at any time; deleting the App removes your local data.
